Distance from Haus 15min by car to the parking place below the falls (HAUS-Schladming-Rohrmoos-Untertal). Hike goes around the waterfalls, to the lake RIESACHSEE and continues through KERSCHBAUERALM to the mountain hut PREINTALERHÜTTE (1661 masl; it is open from May to September, distance 5,7 km – 3hours to get there, vertical rise 662 meters)

Distance from Haus 10 min by car to the parking place below the lak (HAUS-Ruperting-Niederberg-SEEWIGTAL). Easy and very pleasant walk in the mountain landscape, the circuit around the lake is open year round! We recommend to visit the local restaurant (length of circuit 2,3 kilometers – 1 hour)

Distance from Haus 10min by car to the parking place in the village Assach. (Haus-Aich-Assach). By the forest path from the village Assach, trail No. 100; 679; 675; 676, we hike to the mountain hut STEINERHUTTE and to the wonderful place Stoderzinken with wonderful view 2048 masl (path is open from May to September, distance 8,9 km – 2,5 hours to get there, vertical rise 1369m)

Distance from Haus 15min by car from the parking place by a nature trail No. 775 (HAUS-Schladming-Röhrmoos-Obertal). Initially the trail climbs steeply to the mountain hut SAGHUTTEN, continues to the wonderful views of the amazing lake DUISITZKARSEE. Trip is suitable for families with children. (totally 7,1 kilometers - 3 hours In total, vertical rise 608 m).
